Refund Policy

At Frame & Form Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality photography, videography, and design services. We understand that circumstances may arise which necessitate a change in plans, and we aim to handle such situations with fairness and professionalism.

1. Deposits & Cancellations

​

All services require either a deposit or payment in full at the time of booking.
·    Package services require a non-refundable deposit of $50 or $100, depending on the selected tier.
·    All other services require either a deposit or full payment upon scheduling.
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with no penalty up to forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled service.Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit, at the sole discretion of Frame & Form Studio.

2. Completed Services

​

Refunds for completed services are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.If you are dissatisfied with your final deliverables, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a reshoot or a partial/full refund at our discretion.

3. Eligibility for Reshoots

​

Reshoots may be granted in the event of technical failure or quality concerns, provided:
·    The original service was not altered or edited by a third party
·    The client communicates concerns within 7 days
·    The property is in substantially the same condition as during the original session
·    
4. Non-Refundable Items

​

·    Approved or downloaded digital deliverables
·    Design work after the second round of revisions
·    Fully rendered services unless otherwise agreed in writing
·    
5. Processing Time

​

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Clients will receive written confirmation once processed.
