Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Frame & Form Studio ("Company," "we," or "us"). By scheduling services, submitting payment, or engaging with our content or website, the client ("you") agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

​

Frame & Form Studio provides real estate media and creative services, including:
·    Photography
·    Videography
·    3D renderings and floor plans
·    Design and staging mockups
·    Additional digital offerings
All services are defined by the project scope or invoice at the time of engagement.

 

2. Booking & Payment

 

All services require either a non-refundable deposit or payment in full at the time of booking.
·    Package services require a $50 or $100 deposit based on the selected tier.
·    Other services must be secured with a deposit or full pre-payment.Final deliverables will not be released until full payment has been received.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

 

You agree to:
·    Provide accurate access information for the property
·    Ensure the property is photo-ready (clean, staged, accessible)
·    Respond promptly to communication and scheduling needs

 

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

·    Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without penalty
·    Changes made within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, at the discretion of Frame & Form Studio
·    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe conditions, weather, or force majeure

 

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

 

All intellectual property created by Frame & Form Studio remains the sole property of the Company.Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing the specific property.Any additional usage or redistribution requires written permission and may include licensing fees.

 

6. Revisions & Disputes

 

·    Design services include up to two (2) rounds of revisions
·    Additional revisions may incur fees
·    Client disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a reshoot or refund

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

We are not liable for:
·    Delays from weather, emergencies, or force majeure
·    Loss of media after final delivery
·    Property conditions outside of our control

 

8. Governing Law

 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the state.
