Personal information you provide through our website, forms, or services: full name, email address, phone number, property/project details, and contact/booking form messages. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details. We may collect anonymous usage data (IP address, device info) if and when website analytics are enabled.

2. How We Use Your Information

To schedule and provide services; communicate about your project; deliver invoices and final files; improve our website and services; and fulfill legal or financial obligations. We do not sell or trade your personal data.

3. Third-Party Services

We use:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Supabase (stores contact and booking submissions)
• Stripe (payment processing; card on file, no full card details stored)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Twilio (text messages, only if you have opted in — see section 4)

We may add website analytics such as Google Analytics in the future and will update this policy if we do. These services store data per their own privacy policies.

4. Text Messages (SMS)

If you tick the SMS consent box on our contact or booking form, we use your mobile number to send you messages about scheduling, shoot reminders, gallery delivery, and occasional offers. The box is never pre-ticked, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not share or sell your mobile number, your SMS opt-in status, or your consent record with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your number is passed only to the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

5. Data Security

SSL encryption, secure servers, and we never store full card details.

6. Your Rights

7. Cookies

May be used for site performance; you may disable them in your browser.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13.
