Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every Frame & Form Studio booking holds your date with a card on file — nothing is charged when you book. A flat, tier-based deposit is charged automatically 48 hours before your shoot; the remaining balance is due after delivery. This page is the canonical version of the policy summarized in your booking confirmation email and the booking form.
Deposits
Your deposit is a flat amount set by package tier. It is independent of add-ons, property size, and travel — it does not change based on your total.
- Essential — $50
- Showcase — $50
- Signature — $150
- Estate — $250
When you submit a booking request, your card is saved securely on file via Stripe and no charge is made at booking. The deposit is charged automatically 48 hours before your scheduled shoot.
Cancellations & Reschedules
- More than 48 hours before the shoot: cancel or reschedule at no charge — the card on file is released.
- 48–24 hours before the shoot: the deposit is refundable.
- Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: the deposit is forfeited.
We may also cancel or reschedule a shoot for unsafe conditions, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In those cases we'll work with you to find a new date at no penalty.
