Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern services provided by Frame & Form Studio ("Company," "we," "us"). By scheduling services, submitting payment, or engaging with our content or website, the client ("you") agrees to the following.

1. Scope of Services

Frame & Form Studio provides real estate and short-term rental media services for Southwest Florida — listing photography, licensed aerial drone coverage, edited video, 3D floor plans and Zillow 3D Tours, virtual twilight and virtual staging, on-site twilight sessions, and listing-ready written content (MLS descriptions, social captions, reel scripts, and email copy). These are offered through tiered packages (Essential, Showcase, Signature, Estate) and à la carte add-ons. All services are defined by the project scope or invoice at the time of engagement.

2. Booking & Payment

Booking is request-based with a confirmation window; nothing is charged when you book. A card is placed on file (via Stripe) to hold your date, and a flat deposit is charged 48 hours before the shoot, by tier: Essential $50, Showcase $50, Signature $150, Estate $250. The remaining balance is due before final files are released; preview images may be delivered watermarked until the balance is paid, with final unwatermarked media released upon full payment.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate property access information; ensure the property is photo-ready (clean, staged, accessible); respond promptly to scheduling needs.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

More than 48 hours before the shoot: cancel/reschedule at no charge, card released. 48–24 hours before: deposit refundable. Less than 24 hours, or a no-show: deposit forfeited. 5. Ownership & Usage Rights

All intellectual property created by Frame & Form Studio remains the Company's sole property. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the media to market the specific property. Additional usage or redistribution requires written permission and may include licensing fees.

6. Revisions & Disputes

Design services include up to two (2) rounds of revisions; additional revisions may incur fees. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a reshoot or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays from weather, emergencies, or force majeure; loss of media after final delivery; or property conditions outside our control.

8. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Florida; disputes resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the state.
